Can cancer be caused by Stress?

My mom has has ovarian/stomach cancer. She says it my fault because it was started by the Stress And Anxiety I caused her.
Could this be true?

No. The “Stress” they refer to is probably epigenetic stress caused by diet , pollution, Emotional Stress etc. It would take ~20 years for the original mutations to initiate the cancer so I don’t think its possible really and she’s probably just too tired to deal with your “growing up” programme that all teenagers execute.
