
help to Control Panic Attacks?
I have a fear of speaking in class and I get panic attacks. Heart beats really strong and fast and I lose my voice. Any help?
I also have had Panic Attack what helps is trying to distract yourself, also there are breathing trick that have been scientifically proven to Help With Panic Attacks, just take a deep breath, then slowly releasing the breath, and make sure you get all the air out of you lung then breathing in filling your lungs breathing out all the air in your lungs and doing it all over again. But to be honest distracting yourself work the best for me. Hope this help best of luck.
