
Is there any other ways other then medication to deal with Panic Attacks?
I have had a sudden rash of Panic Attacks in the last few days (11 in three days) I dont know what brought this on. I thought I was happy, I didnt have a lot of friends because Im so busy and I am taking care of my Mom….
I do not like taking drugs. I dont take ritalin for my ADHD, or birthcontrol.
When you feel the onset of a Panic Attack, breathe in while counting to 6, hold your breath while counting to 6, and exhale while counting to 6. Repeat it as ya need to. It’s very useful in social situations because its hard to notice and easy to use. It slows your pulse, which increases largely when having a panic attack, and will make it pass much smoother.
