Meditation Relaxation Music

Relaxation/meditation CD during birth?

I am looking for a CD that I can use during labor to help me relax and meditate. I would like something that has speaking, not just relaxing music. Can anyone recommend a CD that worked well for them? Thanks!!

Do you have an I-pod? I downloaded a bunch of guided meditations off of i-tunes. Just search under guided meditations – most of them will let you listen to a bit before committing and downloading.
