What can I do to Reduce Stress?

Hi. It always seems like I’m Stressed about something. It’s mostly stuff to do with school and tests. What are some things that I can do to reduce stress, but still work hard and maintain good grades?

1)start breathing excersize
2)Drink lot of water
3)Keep affirming that you are healty
4) stop negetive thinking
5)Be positive
6)Try to laugh a lot and try wearing light coloured dressess.
7) Listed to meditations audios
