Has anyone tried Republic of Tea’s “wellness tea” line?
Do they do what they promise? I know that no supplement is going to be a miracle, but can you feel them taking a slight effect (for instance, lifting moods, calming, etc). I’ve tried sleep teas that do relax me.
i haven’t tried it, but I suspect it’s a bunch of chinese herbs that are known to lift your mood, give you energy, that sort of thing. It might be more of a placebo effect, but it’s worth a try.
