What are some ideas to help develop college women professionally?
My organization strives to develop college women professionally, but ideas are hard to come by. We have already done resume workshops so we’re are looking to do something else.
We are all of different majors so it would be difficult to focus on internships and none of us are freshman so topics like “Stress Relief” and “time management” have already been drilled into our heads.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
You can place some of your members in practice interview sessions and hear the suggestions for improvement by the panel of selected interviewers. I once served on such a panel./
