
Does anyone have easy solutions to Treat Panic Attacks?
I used to have panic attacks, here and there, especially when I was in a place I felt like I couldn’t escape or before a speech. But recently, my panic attacks have seemed to get more frequent. I have practically all the symptoms, especially the nausea which makes me not want to go anywhere, especially where the last Panic Attack occurs. I prefer not to go on anti-Anxiety drugs or see a therapist. Can anyone offer me solutions to help with these panic attacks? Has anyone else experienced panic attacks? It would mean so much for any advice! Thanks.
Anxiety Attacks may stem from an underlying condition, such as Panic Disorder. Get plenty of sleep, avoid caffeine, fresh air, exercise, a daily routine, keep occupied. Etc.
