
Stress Management techniques?
I’m really Stressed out with an impending exam and a 60-page paper to write for university. What are some healthy Stress Management Techniques? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Yoga, or some deep breathing. Try stretching or taking a nap. Take breaks when studying and don’t overload yourself. Here is good site with some stress-relief help!
