yeah but you have spelling mistakes and punctuation mistakes:

“Well-designed stress management training programs can produce relatively short-term changes in measures of psychological distress (i.e, anxiety, depression, and irritation)” (book p325) “Courses on work stress can play an important role in management education.” (book p340) In order to cut down on stress in the workplace proper steps need to be taken to reduce the stress levels amongst employees in the workplace. Employees need to be trained in how to recognize when they are becoming stressed out in the workplace. Once the employee realizes they are stressed they can then take the proper steps in dealing with the problem. Additionally, employees should be educated on how to properly cope with their stress in the most appropriate and effective manner possible.
